Sometimes it can be a bit daunting trying to wade through all the information about different styles of Intermittent Fasting.  At Wednesday Cleanse Day we like to follow the 16:8 style which is as simple as choosing an 8 hour eating window within a 24 hour period.  An eating window for someone could look like 6am to 2pm or 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm, we are sure you are getting the picture!

Here is an example of what a day could look like for you if you were following an eating window between 11am and 7pm and eating 3 meals a day:

For those of us that are using Wednesday Cleanse Day’s pretty pink tonic, we will be having the sachets during the fasting period and/or within the eating window (depending on whether following our 3 day event prep program or 28 day program or a longer term 12 week plus program) which will not break our fast and will help to keep us feeling full and give that boost of amazing nutrients!!

Part of the beauty of Intermittent Fasting, is that we get to choose what works best for us and our schedules.  We can also practice being flexible enough to not think we have to miss out on certain things if we are following the 16:8 style.  For instance, we may find that one eating window works on the week days but we follow a different eating window on the weekends or we just follow a 16:8 style on certain days of the week only.

It’s just all about having a play around and finding out what works for us and what doesn’t, what we need to switch up and what we don’t.
