We like doing our 24 hour fast from 6pm to 6pm. For example, at 6pm on a Tuesday, start your fast. The next day, on Wednesday, consume all the five sachets throughout the day. Drink plenty of water as well. After 6pm on Wednesday you are done.
You'll have given your system a full 24 hour break to repair and restore. Your bloat will be long gone.
You can choose any 24 hour period that works best for you.
