Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 24 hours of your order placement, excluding all weekends and Australian public holidays.
Tracking information will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
There are no fulfilment delays however delivery times may be longer than normal due to Covid 19.
Australia Post advises that Express Post is the quickest option and running, for the most part, without delays. We charge a low $4 for Express Post.
Australia Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard domestic shipping within Australia. We use Australia Post and we will provide you with a unique tracking code for your package so that you can track delivery online. Standard shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
Australia Express Shipping:
We charge a low $4 for Express Shipping Australia-wide. We will provide you with a unique tracking code so that you can track your delivery online. Express delivery time is is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
International DHL Express Shipping
We offer free international standard shipping on all orders over $90. Please allow approximately 5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. Delays that may arise to due to customs are in addition to this timeframe. For orders under $90 we charge a flat rate of $19.
International Duty, Taxes and Customs Charges:
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state/province of the shipping destination. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you please contact your local customs office.
Please note that Wednesday Cleanse Day is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs charges that may be requested in relation to your order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address for your order. Please take a moment when ordering to ensure it is correct.
Wednesday Cleanse Day is not responsible for any costs incurred for loss of order from in an incorrect address we have been provided with. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address then you will not be eligible for free shipping or discounted express shipping costs. You will need to pay the calculated shipping costs prior to us reshipping your order.

Delays due to Covid19
Australia Post has advised of potential delivery delays due to Covid19 both domestically and internationally. Please note that this is external to our control and we are not responsible for any delays as a result.
